The term transphobia best describes the performance of Mult. County District Attorney's office: State verses Iacuzzi. The Da's office did not think BOLI, the states own civil rights department was not an independent investigation and gave it "no weight". Judge Janis Wilson disputed that claim and stated that the jury might have made a different decision if they had read the document. My lawyer, Robin Runstein decided to defend me somewhat in the sentencing hearing by discussing the perjured stalking order. My lawyer tried but she may want to have asked these questions or presented the information during the trial. I believe this document demonstrated negligence on my own attorney. The DA's office turned back it's own states finding, I do not bleive this kind of behavior has been recored by DA offices since the KKK. I guess the DA was desperate to cover the jail abuse and the hate and the cover up of police officers Andrew Koefed and Timothy Lowrery.
When you read the transcript, you have to say to yourself....Bizarre. Judge Janis Wilson stated that in her 17 years of being on the bench has never seen such a sentencing request and asks former Mult. County District Attorney Arusio Loprinzini if he has passed his sentencing request to his office. Basically, Loprinzini, are you acting on your sexual frustrations? Granted you do not like what I say or write on my blog but asking the judge to punish me for my first amendments rights is fascist. I was pleased that the Judge Janus Wilson spanked you over and over again on record.
I am going to ask the Department of Justice to look at this case. I believe my 6th Ammendment rights were violated on many levels. One of the transphobic moments was during the jury selection. Arusio Loprinzini asking potential jurors if they ever changed their name. This tactic would and did "take out" trans person out of the jury selection. I ask myself the question, are all defendants during jury selection are asked this question or only the question asked when the defendant is trans, (bigendered, gender variant, intersexed, etc.) to keep them from their peers!

Metro Watch security guards who are paid by Reach CDC to get transgendered out of the buidling. Metro Watchmen Ed Malikowsky calls the police at 9am citing a commotion in which they call me down stairs.When the police arrive, in the police report, Metro watch admits that he called the police but did not see anything. No one questions on Meyers false accusation that she could not get out of the buiding. That somehow the day that I am oving out of the building and giving my possessions away, that she was going to make me pay. She had friends, officer Lowery and Koefed, Metro Watch, and Reach CDC all who wanted Iacuzzi to be charged with a crime. A crime of trying to defend oneself and protect an elderly women. One can see that her dog was coming out of my BOLI wittness's room and Athens never had any contact with this women prior to her becoming a wittness. 1. called 911 when there is security within the bldg -
911 is for EMERGENCIES --
so when the 911 operator answers her 1st response was:
"I have a stalking order" NOT I am fearful, scared, etc.
2. She must have had the restraining order with her when she calls as it sounds like she is reciting from paperwork -- your full name -- case number, etc. so she was that threatened to have to made sure she had that paperwork with her when she calls????
3. She states that she is on her way out to see her case worker -- and that her grandson is with her. (Cuz nothing says grandma / grandson bonding like going to see your caseworker!)
Wittness's state that they, metro watch and Reach cdc called iacuzzi down stairs based on false commotion from Jackie Barton. Meyers is not smart enough to pull anything off at this level. She had a lot ot support as they just wanted the gender bender out of the building!
Then Meyers crosses my visual prescense and makes the 911 call that she can not leave the building. The she is not allowed to leave on the top nor bottom floor. Not one line on written on the police report from five adults who were present. No statement regarding her not being able to leave the building were investigated by Portland Police officer Lowry nor Koefed.
Meyers states that I am outside the door where she is making the 911 call, as I go outside and meet the police Meyers still states that I am popping in and out of her visual prsecense. It is amazing how she followed directions given to Officer Koefed on how to have notagoodqueer arrested.
Police know at this point that Meyers is lying about being obstructed out of the building. This is because police see me and tell dispatch that I am outside the building on the sidewalk. Then you hear dispatch asking who she is talking to, this person is Maria Leal who is prodding Meyers to keep crying and making false accusations stop because the police arrive.
Meyers makes 911 call claiming she could not get out of the building. The police officers never ask any questions or any mention of Meyers not being allowed out of the building in the police report even though they know they I have a stalking order on Meyers. Their were five adults present but they used a little boy to support their hate to convict Iacuzzi as a stalker. How sad...I demand to be exonerated as Metro Watch calls me down stairs and then walks away when the police come and when Meyers is making a false accusation. I was hours of leaving the building as we settled on an amount to just to move because the tenant threatened to sue for having a man in the building. The gender discrimination has been long over due over and I want you all to know I just want to be exonerated. Being marked as a stalker is equal to me as a predator which I am not. Yes, I am an activist who believes in justice and now I have the help of others who are helping put the pieces together.
I just want to be exonerated and I know this means that I have to hold others accountable in order to get my freedom. I guess I could say that I would like a resurection from this whole scene as getting my freedom opens my life back into a level of professionalism that I have worked very hard to reach a Masters degree level in Education.

I have to thank my new friend for helping me get down to Salem. The 911 phone call record of Staate vs. Iacuzzi is public record but the eorkers in the county and the city are not well informed about this fact. The clerk was like, you have to come all the way down here. I said, yes, I do they want me to have an attorney to see a public record.
So I have this crazy 911 phone call of Glenda meyers who sounds completely under the influence of alot of narcotics. The phone call is a bit funny as she states to the 911 operator that I am obstructed her to leave the building and then my the end of the 911 call, she states that she can't leave the building without her picture being taken. Then she sarts wailing to the operator that I am moving up and down the stairs. I am actually outside as the dispatch calls Koefed and Lowry who meet me on the outside steps while she is stating that I am harassing her. Too funny. Of course the police report clearly exhibits discrimination as the officers do not ask anyone of the five adult wittnesses that I was obstructining her to get out of the building. My investigation is over. I will be going to city council this month and asking for the firing of police officers Koefed and Lowry for aididng and abetting a hate crime. The officers already publically admitted that they followed two city blocks and told me toplea guilty then they were told to stay away by their commanding officer. They did not and came to my house again to make another false arrest. Good bye assholes.

Today, I am going to the circuit court of appeals to find the 911 phone number that was used in State Vs. Oregon. It is too bad, that Judge Janis Wilson does not have audio in her court room. Because if she did, I would load the transcript on line. I have read it extensively, and clearly know what happened on November 12, 2007.
Some will say that I am brilliant, like a servant in the legal research arena. But at the same time, I am having flash backs on being in jail, lying on the cement, and being refused phone calls from my lawyers. TODAY, is the day, I believe I am going to call Metro Watch at the Circuit Court of Appeals. But their is an uncertainty, maybe the District Attorneys office and my former criminal attorney, Robin Runstein, made sure that number would not exist. We shall see, we shall see, we shall see... The uncertainty is all I can count on.

Jackie Barton, Jamie Barton, Glenda Meyers, Martha Faagen, Maria Leal , and Bren Athens conspired a hate crime and need to be held accountable and go to jail.
It is obvious by the videos below that Glenda Meyers and Metro Watch participated in a hate crime. Former District Attorney Arusi Loprinzini knew that Meyers was committing a hate crime when he assisted Meyers in her perjury. Meyers, Jacke Barton, Maria Leal, and Metro Wach are going to be handcuffed soon. I went to Jeff House, a district attorney from Mult. County, who stated that Meyers is a psychotic and falls under some mental health axis and will not do anything about the crime. Well, I think the DA's office should of thought about this before this used the pyscho against someone who won two civil rights cases for gender discrimination and was falsely arrested in their own lobby. I have asked for help through Dr. Bethel. He is the President of Albina Ministries who had the police officer fired when he shot and killed someone in the back. SO it will be a federal police who make the arrests meaning it will be a federal jail for the above parties. I will be aking the judge for jail time of four years which is about the same time that I have been falsely convicted.
The hate mob and Reach think that they can be protected but it is over. It is only a matter of time as Meyers and others can run and hide but it is coming.

On December 9, 2010, I was in a hearing at Mult. Court House as I was representing myself to get off probation for stalking. I told the judge that I was convicted by a drug dealor, Glenda Meyers, who I reported well before her temporary stalking order which was falsified with Former Reach CDC manager Jamie Barton. In this video, we see Glenda with her Grandson Eddy coming up the stairs, faking locking her dog and coming after me aggressively. This video was shot after the investigation began with the civil rights in July o7 in which the hate mob filed three stalking orders and one made it through. I have a stalking order on Glenda Meyers whose stategy is to attack and then cry wolf. We see here at her room which is one foot from the other stair well but she still approaches aggressively.

States Evidence 3043 11/11/2007 9:20pm, just one minute later Meyers makes a false accustation that I am blocking her door and will not let her out of the building. Meyers states on Record that I went through these Lobby doors to the office and met her at the bottom of the stairs on the first floor and then snuck by her, went trhough the lobby doors by the office and then to the top of the stairs in approximately 1 minute. The District Attoreny inteviews Reach CDC staff including Patty Spain who does not confirm Meyers story, instead he uses a 12 year old boy, Meyers grandson, to aid in her crime. It is not physically possable to do what Meyers states in one minute and the security guard and staff in the lobby do not aid in her story. The maintenace man would have seen something and again 4 Reach CDC staff stated who were present at the supposed incident, stated in a legal state document on November 13, 2007 just one day after my arrest. The DA's office admits in a hearing that they have read the BOLI file but ignore evidence and aid Meyers in her hate crime..
This is also states evidence in which the begining of the video is cut off intentionally to fool the jury. Meyers screams for at least 5 minutes before she passes the door. The DA cut this out because the audio on the film was the same as her 911 call that she never made. She states to the jury that she used the community phone to make the call and at the same time the DA states to the jury that she went outside and used a pay phone to make the 911 call. He knows she is lying. On November 13, Bittener and Hans writes a document to BOLI, the civil rights division, that nothing happened in the lobby and the crime that I supposedly committed was on the second floor which is the video on top.
So how was the phone call made? I believe that Metro Watch guard set up this crime with Meyers and turned on his radio to 911 when Meyers was screaming that she could not pass. When the police arrive, the arrive on the first phone call to the police, not the 911 call. The metro watch guard states on the police report that he did not see anything. About ten minutes earlier this same guard calls the police at approximately 9am and writes in his report that thier was a "commotion". He comes upstairs to my room with the manager, Ashley, and they scream down the hallway that I am making a commotion and sees in the hallway while I am handing off my belongings of a willow tree branches to Margaret Isabelle. I tell them that I will be right down. I go to my room and come down stairs minutes later where Meyers comes up from the first floor.
When the police come the manager and Metro watch did not tell them that they just called me down stairs. So thier was two police calls that day but only one was on the record during the trial. So Metro Watch calls the police twice and states in the police report that they did not see anything.

Meyers and police testified that she was on the phone when they arrived and the police stated that they had to seperate us. The police officers write in the police report that they found me outside the building but lie in court in which my own attorney Runsteins allows. See Video
The voices you here in the background at Bren Athens stating, I had no idea, saying yeah, what a relief. The radio you hear in the background is Metro Watch's radio, the police have not arrived yet and I am cetainly not even near Meyers. Meyers goes upstairs to tell her hate mob what happened as they come running down. Jackie Barton, leader of the hatemob, was the person who went to Metro Watch with False commotion at 9am is in the office with Reach CDC egging Meyers to cross the door knowing that I am on the stairwell. Bartonis in the office and can see where I am and know that the police are coming but i believe she tells her to keep approaching. Meyers admits to the jury that she had a meeting with leal and Barton the morning of my arrest. Reach CDC erases the lobby video footage on the day of my arrest even after the Civil Rights Division warns them not to erase footage when an incidences occurs.
The following footage is the weekend before my arrest which was a Monday morning. The film times are off by 12 hours as I was arrested in the morning not evening. Watch the security guardwhen he is asked to escort me to my room, he states "NOT YOU". Of course Metro Watch is on the first floor kitchen eventhough they previously documentated people entering the building that want to physical hurt me. They turn off the cameras in lobby and up to Metro Watch to protect me who is now in the kitchen and not supervising the entrance door. See Video

Saturday before arrest on Monday. This is state exhibit. At this point, I am video taping in the building stating on film who is putting the hit on my life. This is not entered into evidence. I desperately leave for four days and have to come back home. Metro Watch log sheets alert tenants when I return in the building, watch me being chased, and take notes on from other tenants deliberately targeting me. They even take a friends liscense plate down in the log when we are parked multiple blocks away from where they are stationed.
The following video on Sunday before my arrest documentates that he is going to get even. At this point metro Watch puts in thier log sheets not to escort me to my room becasue I have nailed a sign on my door of free heroin, meth, clonzapen, on my door. Glenda meyers rips sign off my door. See video of Metro Watch's guards threat. Meyers brings a former tenant in the building and deliberately sends her my way. I see this person coming into the buiding who previously stated that she was going to hurt me. Metro Watch is in the kitchen so she is allowed in the building by hate mob to help Meyers. The next day,on Sunday, I ask how come they would not escort me? He states that he is going to get even and is the same guard on the morning of my arrest.
This is a Sunday morning. This same guy shows up Monday morning and makes two false phone calls. he just dismisses me as I have nobody to turn to as Meyers lives on the second floor one foot from away where I have no protection but for my camera which documentates the discrimination but does not protect me from assault.

All gays have coming out stories, they frequently say they came out of the closet. I came out of a social construction that stated that the only normal sexuality was heterosexuality and the only normal gender was female or male. MyNew Year's resolution will be talking to others and making it possible for others like myself to get the support and care that one needs on this earth. This time of year reminds me of the story of Joseph, who was sold into to slavery by his brothers and then later forgives them as he knew he was blessed.

I represented myself in court, I was relieved of early termination of probation of a crime that I did not commit. The people above started commentating for months to their doctors that I was causing pain and suffering to them by being a gender variant in and all women's building. The one with the mullet is Bren Athens, who told everyone in the building that I had roaches and filed a false stalking order on me two weeks previous. They would walk down the hallway and say were going to get you arrested and were going to call the crazy police. i started filming their hate as I thought that the District Attorney office would not pursue an activist who won two civil rights cases at the same address of my false arrest and conviction.But they did as they had Reach CDC lawyers in court aiding and abetting their false conviction because I was suing Reach CDC for 375,000.
I told the judge that I reported Glenda Meyers as a Drug Dealer in which her favorite customers were Maria Leal and Bren Athens who were the bullies of the building. You could hear Leal outside Meyers door which was one foot from my front door begging for clonzapen. She was pathetic as she was trying to get on disability for fainting spells but the truth was that she was overdosing at 631 SE Taylor, Portland, Or, A Reach CDC building, on clonzapen, methadone, heroine in which Meyers was the distributor. I know as I had to get help for her as she Maria Leal almost died in front of my face.
The hate mob was given help from Reach CDC and Bradley Angle House who told them to go to the ACLU and demand and all women's building and cosigned stalking orders for three tenants. two of them are seen above.
Meyers does not show up for court, the DA must have called her and told her that I called her a drug dealer, the next day at the park, I am told that I am an informant, which means on the street that a hit is pot on me. And of course Meyer's had her friends text message me threats using the phone number 503-334-6928.
When their is no justice, their is no peace, I am seeking justice, the question is, am I going to be alive to see it.
