Domestic Violence

I turn on tv news
and another little one
is dead at her own
mothers hands

well she has to be insane
as this behavior is not acceptat\ble
at any rate

They took it to the grand jury
and upped the charger\s
now she faces the death penalty

this brings relief to some but it is easy
to see this story is insane but lets not
accept her insanity due to the grand jury
is hand fed to up the anti of most crimes
making a plea bargain and accept a lesser crime
lets save the trial and just give one side to facts...

this is the system who calls others violent .....................
