Anonymous Equals Chicken Shit

Not a Good Queer really enjoys feedback from my poems. My favorite poem that I have written is called "I Do Not Know Why". Recently, I have moved back into society and live in very big house. The problem is that the Methadone Clinic on Belmont allows METADONIANS to harass people after they get their "medication". These people are like the movie the Zombies, they are drug affected, half a sleep, slurring their words, and stalking me because I am shutting them down.

Their are children who take the bus to school and share the bus stop as drug dealers who do not even go to the clinic get off bus 15 in front of my house and deal narcotics until 12pm when the clinic closes.

As you can read below, they are not happy with me not allowing them to openly distribute drugs. I have received 6 of these comments, had a gun shell casing in front of my house, and a threat to poison my dog. Guess What! I am not afraid of any death threat and I have been given a promise from a friend that he will sue the clinic if anything happens to me and give the money back to people who are trying to help themselves. I also want to say that the 500 people that get their drugs their, their are about 30 of them who are ruining it for everyone.

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "I Do Not Know Why":

Lee, Lisa, whatever the fuck you want to call yourself why the fuck is it always you being the victim when you threaten to kill family members you have multiple charges of assault and stalking against you. When you are the laughing stalk of Judge Judy you still have the balls to write a pity peice about how your a fucking victim. How come there is plenty of trans gays and bis that walk the streets of Portland, Oregonian, everyday unharrassed every day but yet you seem to be victimized constantly. Have you ever thought that maybe if you just chill relaxed and took your medicine, you might be able to see the world the way it is. Maybe if you didn't force yourself into being an outcast in society society would have no problem with you try walking the line sticking up for what is truly right but yet understanding that every fight is not your battle. Drop the small shit take a deep breath and enjoy life for what it is............ Think about this who and what is in your life and what is making you happy always constantly being the victim? quit crying about the shit that you think is holding you down and do something with your life YOUR A FUCKING JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. SUCK MY DICK AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!

I am glad these drug dealers enjoy Christmas, I will see you in Court!

Police Officers Andrew Koefed and Timothy Lowery

IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE STATE OF OREGON
IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF MULTNOMAH

Case No. 101216978

COMPLAINT Lisa/Lee Iacuzzi , Plaintiff
vs.
The City Of Portland Oregon,
Police officers Andrew Koefed
and Timothy Lowry
Jury Demanded Claim more than 50,000
Not Subject to Mandatory Arbitration

Plaintiff alleges:

Defendants Timothy Lowry and Andrew Koefed violated the Oregon Constitution of
Section 9. Unreasonable searches or seizures. No law shall violate the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable search, or seizure; and no warrant shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath, or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person or thing to be seized.–. These two officers demonstrated desperate treatment and harassment in June of 09 when they came to the home of the plaintiff and made a false arrest. The harassment of the Portland police continued with three more arrests leading to 30 days in jail with no charges.

Plaintiff alleges that Officer Lowry and Koefed were told by their supervising officer to stay away from the Plaintiff. Officer and Koefed and Lowry admitted to following plaintiff two city blocks and taking photos while yelling at Plaintiff to plead guilty to a crime where they made a false arrest. Within tens days of the request of their superiors they came to the residence of the Plaintiff and made a false arrest.
When they had Plaintiff in police car, they questioned Plaintiff on the upcoming hearing for the Independent Police Review Board where the Plaintiff complained of desperate treatment.

The Plaintiffs hearing was postponed after being arrested in their own home, now leaving the Plaintiff homeless while fighting for equal treatment. Three months later, during the hearing, city employee Mary Beth Baptista lied to independent police review board citizens and stated the public videos taped of the day of Koefed and Lowry’s desperate treatment would not be viewed. She stated in the hearing that the videos of the arresting officers negligence could not be shared as they were sealed. This statement is a lie and a deliberate protection of the police officers who committed desperate treatment on all of my arrests with them. This hearing allowed the officers not to be punished on the error on the police report was never corrected due to the concealment of records were kept from hearing members who were not given information to make a fair decision on the police officers behavior. This desperate treatment allowed Koefed and Lowery to get away with desperate treatment and harassment leaving the Plaintiff in fear of the Portland Police.

Officer Koefed and Lowry also committed Perjury during the trial of Iacuzzi verses state and have caused not only a false conviction of a crime but a post traumatic stress disorder that gets relived every night that the plaintiff closes eyes before sleeping.

Were Ready for Anything!

This article has to be my favorite of  Mark Farinella's called "Were Ready for Anything"! In 1982, when he had chosen his Sun Chronicle All Star team, he was assualted by a parent whose kid did not make it to the list. Mark was also and is a feminist and did as much for North Attleboro girls basketball as did Lisa Iacuzzi, Not a Good Queer, and others continue the movement of equality in sports.
He writes, that Lisa Iacuzzi could have started on any boys basketball team, and her ability to dribble the ball while lying on the floor may some day earn her a job with the Harlem Globetrotters.

Well Mark, I have been on the floor and yet I still paved my way to three civil rights victories. Yes, Mark, I live my life the  way I played ball, with passion. I take a side, this is what makes me different but I know their are many other rebels like me..

Thanks Mark Farinella for being a civil rights activists through womens sports.
