Evidence deliberately hidden by Reach CDC in the case Iacuzzi vs. the state.
1. Warning letter of cause of termination if Meyers continually calls the police on Iacuzzi. Meyers must go to security first due to the fact that Meyers with a stalking order on her had 16 residents sign a document making false accusations. Meyers calls 911 stating that she is trapped inside in the building.
1b. The video of the day of my arrest. Supposedly erased that will end a few police officers careers and the arrest of Meyers. Rachel Huber, Becky Crew, Jamie Barton from Reach cdc were on the DA's list for wittnesses for the day of my crime? Also hate mob tenants Karen Carpenter, Bren Athens, Maria Leal, and Terry Sharpe. I had a stalking order on Sharp and Leal, Atens can be seen on You tube called "your so hated" and for Carpenter, look up "Lesbian Hate". These films clearly show that they lied to the District Attorney's office to cover their hate crime.
1c. Reach cdc told the night monitor Patty Spain, not to talk to Iacuzzi, Iacuzzi was to call 911 as the other residents were free to make complaints. Spain gave Iacuzzi luggage to leave two days before my arrest due to the incidents reports reported to Spain. Spain's doucments and write up regarding false accusations are deliberately being hidden. Spain has been silenced by Rachel Huber to keep quiet or else. Spain talks to Internal Affairs Lynn Courtney. OOPS Internal Affairs sides with Iacuzzi as the IPR while the Southeast precint sits on the case.
Reach cdc tells BOLI that the security guard called the police on me prior to MEYERS due to a communtion. This commution is not written about in the police report. The security guard was about to get fired for not doing his job. This was well dcomented on video.
2. Copy of the documentation of Metro Watch reports and managers report of that day.
3. The commution was beleived to be reported by Jackie Barton, a leader of the gang, who was used by managment to get rid of Iacuzzi. Barton also played liason between Transition Projects and Reach Cdc. She is seen as a reliable source who ends up having an inappropiate relationship with a Metro Watch security guard.
4. Metro Watch made fale statements to the police and did not protect Iacuzzi even when they wrote in reports that I was being chased. Metro Watch allowed overnight guests for another tenant Theresa, as her guest Michael Marguels lived in the buiding for months, until Iacuzzi arrest.
5. Jamie Barton hid evidence of a report of drug dealing of Glenda Meyers written before 9/12. on 9/6/08 Barton fails in court to have Iacuzzi evicted for nonpayment of rent, when Iacuzzi had paid the rent in ful. Barton uses this public experience to come back to the building and say to Metro Watch and tenants that she is "afraid" of me.
6. 0n 9/12 Portland Imapact Lee Greer and Jamie Barton hold a meeting with only rusted ganag members. In this meeting, they discuss how to document supposed incidences against me. Boli is to come in the building within the week.
7. 9/24/08 Barton tells Matick about the drug use of Meyers, Leal, and Athens. She deicdes to do something but the dame hate mob, writes a three page document citing false accusations and have Matick fired. This document included homophobic references but Reach CDC did not punish the gang.
8.9/19/08 Barton posts an antihharrassment policy in the building and does not include protections of people with gender. The document is written to target Iacuzzi eventhough Iacuzzi documents a package of bed bugs on my door.
9. 9/12/08 First stalking order attempt with manager Jamie Barton writing a letter to the judge confirming the tenants fear. The incident described was involving a community kitchen. An incident that Barton never talks to me about but just helps the tennat get a stalking order.
10.9/30/09 Lee Greer leaves the biuilding citing that Iacuzzi is the cause of the buidings troubles and that she will keep her job outside of the building. Iacuzzi is out of building but Greer will not come back in the building. Greer shows up at a hearing in November participating in a lie from one of her gang members. She states that from the alley in the apartments, one cannot see in my window. What a lie, easily proven. You motherfucker.

The set-up that is still happening needs to stop. As many Rose tenants are into honesty, I would like to ask you for justice. On the morning of November 12th when I was arrested, Jennifer and Metro Watch came up stairs and stated to me that I was yelling. This never happened and when I went downstairs to check on this, is when the whole set up was in motion. Yes, this was intentional as the hate mob knew that I was backing my bags. I knew that their was more of them than me and the management was just starting to believe me. I just wanted to leave and now here I am asking for those residents who know the truth to come forward. No matter what judgement you have on me, I ask, would you want this to happen to you? And yes, trans people are part of the gay community but transphobic statements have been stated by Lesbians. Why? Because they could, they also have the potential to do the right thing which seems to be missing in the matter of justice.

I believe that the hate mob at Reach CDC led by Meyers is due to my openness about being a proud Queer. Yes, I have been published comparing racism, anti-semetism, and sexism to Heterosexism. No heterosexism is not about the dislike of heterosexuals. Heterosexism is about the social construction that everything has to be heterosexual and fit into a particular gender box male or female only. But as we know the gender movement is breaking down the doors and opening peoples minds to freedom of expression and the freedom to self identify.
Freedom is dictated by people in power but once in awhile, their are state and federal minority protection laws that are suppose to be upheld! Of course, when they passed these bills they expected Queers to continue to behave in a manner that was acceptable to the majority of the population. The behavior they expect of visual Queers is to shut-up and hide. Only straight looking gays are accepted leaving gender folks behind and forcing us to fight for our queer existence. And then other gays will say, you know those transgender folks are trouble makers. I like trouble makers alot, they are the founding fathers of our country and leaders of the civil rights movement. So hate trouble makers, even fear them, keep people around you that will agree with you, so you do not have to think for yourself.
Reach CDC's former manager writes a letter for the Meyers to support her alleged stalking. She does not tell the judge about the fire alarm that went off in the building which is why I was downstairs. Nor does she explain why she was in the building on a Saturday morning when her office hours are Monday through Friday. I believe Meyers panics because she discovers that she is going to be written up for drugs that I reported on 9/12, and Barton tries to cover for her by getting me out of the building. Nobody cared about me or they were too afraid to speak out, that they might loose their jobs........ It is over, no more hiding.

The writing below coincides with a stalking report that Meyers filed. Meyers knew that I was visiting another tenant at the Rose but she made sure she called the police and threatened my witness at the same time. This hate mob consistently acted out this pattern which is why their hate crime will not be tolerated.

Today, reports went to city officials and to the Southeast commanders unit for a hate crime and obstruction of Justice chargers. Soon haters will be put behind bars where they belong. A powerful nonprofit like Reach CDC will face financial cuts if they do not change their policies regarding gender. The police department will go through an investigation regarding how they deal with trans people. And last but not least, District Attorney ArusiLoprinzini will be hosted in a local newspaper as being the biggest idiot that the District Attorney office in Multon. County has ever experienced. Do you think the city of Portland is going to allow a hate crime? As Basic Rights Oregon sits back and does not advocate for trans rights and the gay bashing continues. The cities gay bashing is against Queers whose gender differences are visually apparent to the haters. The sexual minorities committee sits back and gives each other promotions and congratulating themselves and each other on what a wonderful job they are doing!

This was written by Karen Carpenter who is partnered with Julie Acres. This was written the weekend before Meyers put a stalking order on Lee Iacuzzi. They both knew they were witch hunting me but Karen is now a witnesses for Reach CDC. Is this because Reach CDC moved this couple into their own apartment and paid for their utilities? This is not their policy but they change it when they need to cover-up and pay off their witnesses.Or is it that Karen Carpenter who is a lesbian is transphobic? This is going to be my last Not A Good Queer post. Why, because I have a group of haters who live under the supervision of Reach CDC. Denied, over and over again. Denied a defense,denied an investigation, denied a police report. Police Department of Narcotics denied the call for Glenda Meyers narcotics distribution as did Reach CDC, the Portland police, etc.. I made 4 by 5 signs and stood on the sidewalk, stating free narcotics at the Rose. I held the sign as cars were going by. The police came out and told me that they did not know anything about it because if narcotics was on it, they would be out of loop. Bullshit..........You all covering up for the drugs for sale in public housing. Metro Watch refuses to escort me to my room because they themselves are afraid of the signs on my door advertising free drugs. The retalliation against me was so, they said I was selfish, all I wanted was to win a civil rights case, I went after the "gang", I did not have to, but I was not selfish and just thought of myself. I already had won the BOLI case. How many more people fired, quit or under criminal investigation.
This resulted in Meyers knowing I called her a drug dealer to Reach CDC in which she immediately put a stalking order on me. Can you imagine being a drug dealer and your talking to the District Attorney of Mult. and he is in your drug dealing den? No Loprinzini do not read the Boli document, Kerry Johnson, a chief investigator, from the state of Oregon. that you denied. Your in trouble Loprinzini, this is a media nightmare.

Meyers good crying behaviors with a made up a story to the judge is all that she needed. The Womens Anti-violence Domestic Act, the most Unconstitutional Act in our time was used to get me out my building where I was winning two seperate gender discrimination cases.. Of course the five stalking orders that were filed were all accompanied by Reach CDC manager Jamie Barton's letters about me in hopes she could save her job. She ended up under criminal investigation.

When I went public on the Boli complaint on my blog on 9/1207, Bren Athens in her ragealcholism: went down to the court house and was rejected for a stalking order by Judge Zusman. I am sure it was disturbing. Several more tenants filed stalking orders, Terry Sharpe, and Meyers twice. They see Uncle Judge ZusmanBoli is involved, then he asks if I have any weapons, Meyers comes of with a story that actually can be proved as false as lies go, they are hard to prove until they start blogging about them and you can catch things that can be documented. It is like they hang themselves, you just have to get through the layers of denial that they cannot see that I have a right to free existence.
I cannot handle seeing my work on line mutilated by a hate gang that is breaking every Internet law in existence including stalking me.

To Brandy, I could never teach you about integrity. I would yell at you alot when I would catch in a lie or the many talks we had on integrity. Yes, I am a whistle blower and the people who are involved are in high places? In June 2005, Brandy Christine Cortnik filed a stalking order on me. She said, in 2001, I came to job and assaulted her. Imagine what a judge would think about this behavior. I even gave Brandy and her mother a chance to come to my hearing and to end the denial. No show. In 2001, Brandy Christine Cortnik worked for the Portland International Hostel. I was her supervisor and I lived in the hostel. I had the managers living space. I called Brandy after her shift and told her that she was not my family anymore. She came to my living space and tried to kick the door down. I gave her three warnings with every kick asking her to stop. We both were traumatized by her parents hate of Queers but she had a free pass on. Her last kick cracked the door, I had no where to go and opened the door and swung. It was quick and she got the point of not kicking my door in. I was in shock that it happened as every time I tried to say no more abuse, I was attacked. She threatened to call the police because she was jealous that I was going to be a teacher, and her family made me her escape goat for 18 years. I was blamed for her being Queer.
