The Pulse

Operating stations normalized
shock worked
Regular beat to a pulse
that one day will stop
I hope in my sleep and
not when it is dark
I dream to rise with the sun.

We still rise, we will not apologize for anything!

I dedicate this poem to Diane Wade who recently suddenly died. She was in her early 40's and a probation officer for MULt. county. I only met her briefly as she was kind to my dog. Her clients miss her as she was one of the good people in the system doing the her job for the right reasons. She will be sorely missed as her sense of humor was one of her biggest gifts. RIP Diane

Love Lee

Thanks for the comments. As I am slowly recovering from a serious concussion, the reality of death is easy to understand. My heart rate at rest is 98, which has been this rate for at least a year.

Things are better due to my doctor and some person who nagged to oblivion about acupuncture. The acupuncture is working and my vision and hearing are coming back.

Amen
