Hate Crime and Reach CDC

On November 13, 2007 BITTNER & HAHs, P. C., Reach CDC lawyers, gave Not a Good Queer an eviction notice which was just one day after my false arrest on November 12, 07 . This document sites the hate mobs false accusations which started in July 07 when the Civil Rights complaint was accepted. Their were many accusations made but certainly no documentation to concur Meyers temporary stalking order which states of me having a "crowbar". The Hate Mob would wanted to call the police on me for night vacuuming.!

Lee Greer and Jamie Bartons' hate mob was to document as much details as possible as they gave these directions to these people with the intention of having an all women's building which did not include a trans person. I have plenty of evidence which includes the tape times and dates. As their was only a minute between me asking Meyers to back off on the West Wing then to filming her on the stairs. As I am sitting on the stairs, I hear Patty Spain yelling at the security guard for calling the police. I am watching them argue, the office door is closed, and Meyers approaches the door to the lobby and does not go through the door. The security guard and Spain are right in front of me and Meyers is screaming that I am blocking her door. See Video. The filming of her hysterically screaming in the lobby while Jackie Barton, leader of the mob manipulated a Reach staff to stay in the office because I was supposedly physically blocking this door. The police were already coming because Jackie Barton's false complaint on the west wing. Jennifer, Reach staff, yelled down the hallway at me, "that yelling and screaming is not a way to get what you want". I told her that I was going down stairs for documentation purposes. This was all the Metro Watch guard needed to call the police even though he did not see anything. This guard threatened me that he was going to get me back for saying fuck you to him because he refused to escort me to my room. And yes, I used the Metro Watch guards consistently to just go to my room without being assaulted or another false complaint.

Meyers ruined the plan by going too far with the Lie

Meyers room is right next to the West wing stairwell but she does not take it when she sees me even though I have a stalking order and follows me with Leal ahead of me. I call Meyers off but she uses this excuse to make a false accusation.

They were helped by the Districts Attorneys office where changed the times on the DA's video labled #21270019 G. Boek 011809 to November 11, 07 so it would like I was filming all morning which looked like I was filming all morning. The truth was I took pictures up at St. Francis which a picture of an clipping of the Oregonian newspaper, this was on Sunday as other films were also on that Sunday. Their was only two films on the morning of my arrest but the DA office never had a film dated November 12, 2007 on this labeled video. Yes, the video, I do not carry folks.

Reach CDC stated, "On November 12, 2007 at approximately 9:30am, in the second floor, west wing hall you threatened and harassed another resident with allegations regarding illegal drugs; you also called a resident a "fucking bitch" and a "toothless bitch," When the resident attempted to get away from you, you confronted her with your camera, clearly against the wishes of the resident. You were arrested on the premises for violation of temporary stalking order.

This document proves that Meyers committed perjury as she stated to the jury that "I went through the lobby doors down stairs and assaulted her, sat back up the stairs, laughed at her, as she was screaming that I was blocking her door. Her 911 call is priceless and should win her an academy award in the community of tweakers"

The court records are on the way and I know Portland's District Attorney office do not want to charge Meyers and Reach CDC with any crime but Judge Janis Wilson can file charges against them.

The funny thing is that Meyers was just a pawn for Reach CDC to illegally get the trans person out of the building with the help of fired manager Jamie Barton. Their was also two police calls on that day, not one, as Metro Watch makes a false 911 call to the police after Reach CDC employee, Jennifer, tells me to come down stairs with my documentation, and sees nothing, but Metro Watch guards men, calls the police to retaliate. Metro Watch was paid to deliberately get NAGQ out of the building. Then Meyers calls 911 when Reach CDC put her on a contract of harassment in which she had to go to security before she could call the police. Video tape evidence shows this violation of Meyers in which Reach CDC and the DA's office allowed a hate crime.

People involved in Hate Crime II and multiple other criminal charges are Metro Watch, Jackie Barton, Bren Athens, Maria Leal, Theresa Sharpe, Karen Carpenter, Glenda Meyers, and Reach employees Jamie Barton, Becky Crew, Rachel Huber.

I am not waiting for Portland's DA to do something about, I am going to the State Department of Justice!
