The crime of obstruction of justice includes crimes committed by judges, prosecutors, attorneys general, and elected officials in general. It is misfeasance, malfeasance or nonfeasance in the conduct of the office. Most commonly it is prosecuted as a crime for perjury by a non governmental official primarily because of prosecutorial discretion. Prosecutors and attorneys general however commit obstruction of justice when they fail to prosecute judges and other government officials for malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance in office.
Modern obstruction of justice, in United States jurisdictions, refers to the crime of offering interference of any sort to the work of police, investigators, regulatory agencies, prosecutors, or other (usually government) officials. Often, no actual investigation or substantiated suspicion of a specific incident need exist to support a charge of obstruction of justice. Common law jurisdictions other than the United States tend to use the wider offense of Perverting the course of justice.
Reach CDC has a policy to save video tapes on their lobby in a building called the Rose. The policy states that the tapes are saved if an incident occurs, Reach CDC has taped over the lobby video on my day of my false arrest! This is an obstruction of Justice!
Most people do not know that public housing is full of drug dealers that sell narcotics with impunity. One drug dealer, Glenda Meyers, is a favorite of the Multnomah County's District Attorney office. Despite numerous calls to the authorities by numerous people, her drug dealing goes on. She is being protected by the District Attorneys office which allows someone whose drug dealing caused near death to other residents. Why? This person is a wittiness to a false prosecution that they DA desperately wanted. And this drug dealing goes on dealing publicly on 25th and Belmont. Where methadone gets distributed and the methadonians sell their benzoides openly. Where are the arrests? Their are no arrests because this would lead to shutting down the clinic or moving it out neighborhoods where children take the bus to school. The city is ran on money and this clinic has enough money to buy their protection from the police as they turn a blind eye.

I have been protesting in front of Circuit Court, Portland, Oregon.The State of Oregon does not require the District Attorneys offices to have a mission statement for justice. Most potential jurors are not told that the DA's office can try to convict someone when the DA knows that they are innocent. Yes, this is the truth. Thier motivation to convict someone who is innocent is due to money. The defendant maybe suing a big real estate company that gives the DA's office money. Of course, most defendants are poor and all the power of the legal system is set up and funded with your tax dollars for DA's to do anything they want without any reprocusions. When the prosecutions is stating his case, he can easily lie, steal, and cheat because they are not under oath. I would love a defense lawyer to put the prosecution on the stand and see how fast the jury would figure out that it is all a big lie. I want everyone possible to call the DA's office and ask them why they do not have a mission statement for justice.

Pastor Tate seen here jumping on Christ Memorials bench and cheering on the crowd to not let anything hold you down! He preaches that the devil is drugs, negativity, injustice, etc., and God will fight our battles. We just have to ask and it will come. We all deal with how we operate in life. Do we operate in the flesh or the spirit? To operate under the flesh is strictly a human experience which results in hurting others or not getting what we need. Meaning that humans make mistakes and react out of emotions. These emotions do not always provide the result that we want when we respond to difficult problems. The Spirt, which can be God, nature, hightr power, which is not human. People who are on spiritual paths know that their higher power is responding for them. Usually the spiritual response is more receptive and others can hear and bring understanding. It is not easy to respond in the spirit, we have to be constantly reminded and taught this is the best road to take in life....

When you talk to Portlands' DA office about perjured testimony, they will tell you that it is the jury who has to figure out the perjury. What! Jurors expect that the Da's office does not allow perjured testimony and the person they have testifying is telling the truth. This is simply not the case. The extent of ethical abuses in the District Attorney office makes one shudder at the level of corruptness. Of course it is about money, they will tell you that they are about justice, but it could not be farther from the truth.
Also, another suprising detail is that they do not like people writing negative things about them. I have been told by the DA's office that they did not like me calling Arusi Loprinzini a motherfucker. I want to say that I did not call him a motherfucker but posted the definition of one under his name. The Da's office concluded that I called him a motherfucker therefore will not exonerate me eventhough the evidence has been proven as perjured. So when you have a hater speaking the same language as the authorities, one has to say that civil rights have been ignored and the concept of justice is an illusion.
Of course their is an exception to justice, that is money. If you have 6 figures, your lawyer might not sell you out to the DA!

Film 1: This was filmed the day before she receives the stalking order below. Does she look scared to you? Film 2 This women with the chest flash is named Lucille who Meyers states that I threatened between the dates that the judge requests. It was Lucille who threatens me on Sept. 6th but I left the building before she arrived and allowed her to make a police report of her scene. I never threatened her but I did get her stuff out of my room that I was holding for her for 6 months. I could have used a crowbar to lift her locked cabinet out of my room. Her cabinet broke by accident and then Lucille who threatens to beat me on Sept 6th, this is the event that Meyers refers to that I allegedly threatened her with a crowbar, it is too bad that I was not in the building when Lucille made her threats against me but I am sure their is a police report. I am coming for my Justice and I am hoping that others care about Justice! Reach CDC, Transition Projects, Portland Impact and Dr. Cliff all have been given this testimony. Judge does she have weapons Meyers: she threatened one girl. One of the girls she threatened, she was helping another women move, and she got upset over something, but she said just wait here, I will be back with a crow bar. I will be right back and take care of you, it was not me, but it was someone close to someone in the building.
Judge Alright mama, I going to issue you an order on this case, This some questions about this case. When I impose one of these orders it is a violation I will tell you their some questions about this one, part of this is t the physical proximity of the premises, I am going to modify this ever so slightly and allow her to come directly in and out of her unit without making any contact or gestures of any kind. But like I say, this is going to get heard by another judge, She gets to a judge and tells her side, The best thing that can happen here in the world as getting alternative housing. As the victim here you should not have to move.

Meyers never had to prove her stalking order, I was denied this opportunity by Judge Bearden and in trial their was no mention of her evidence in getting the remp. Stalking order. I want Justice.
Meyers swears in and Meyers files a stalking order with judge Zusman. She gets evidence for the stalking order by Jamie Barton, Reach CDC, manager who ended up under criminal investigation with the housing authority. She does not mention that their was a fire alarm on that Saturday which is why Barton is called back to the building. Meyers probably opened the back door in panic because she was told about me writing her up for drugs and then Barton covers up the evidence.

Not a Good Queer spoke to Portland's City Council this morning and showed the video of Meyers smiling at me the day before she filed her stalking order. I spoke about Transpanic and how it is easy to use this as an excuse of fear of others to validate discrimination. I talked about the history of civil rights and how bathrooms and housing have been places of fear for minorities.
