No justice No Peace

Flow back to God
Let go and become a drop
Of dissolving water...

Back into the ocean
with all the Ruthless Compassion

rolling back over and over again
Changing the earth and the seas

Who have a God-wish
Of enough ruthless compassion

to change the hearts and minds
Of all those who define peace
To also seek justice vigilantly
To restore peace....

Amen, Namaste,.......

The Shemanski Fountain

I read the history of this man who served immigrants. The fountain was damamged when some youth were playing on it. The head fell down and hit someone. The fountain has been repaired but with different art. All the art was intact until the police showed up. No one stole anything and it was a complete accident. This does not matter as the police raided the youth the next day and made arests for Jwalking, etc. I do not think this great man wanted this to happen in his name as he served the underprivalege.

I Always Wanted To...

An old prospector shuffled into town leading an old tired mule. The old man headed straight for the only saloon to clear his parched throat.

He walked up and tied his old mule to the hitch rail. As he stood there, brushing some of the dust from his face and clothes, a young gunslinger stepped out of the saloon with a gun in one hand and a bottle of whiskey in the other. The young gunslinger looked at the old man and laughed, saying, "Hey old man, have you ever danced?"
The old man looked up at the gunslinger and said, "No, I never did dance... never really wanted to."
A crowd had gathered as the gunslinger grinned and said, "Well, you old fool, you're gonna dance now," and started shooting at the old man's feet.
The old prospector --not wanting to get a toe blown off-- started hopping around like a flea on a hot skillet. Everybody was laughing, fit to be tied. When his last bullet had been fired, the young gunslinger, still laughing, holstered his gun and turned around to go back into the saloon.
The old man turned to his pack mule, pulled out a double-barrelled shotgun, and cocked both hammers. The loud clicks carried clearly through the desert air.The crowd stopped laughing immediately. The young gunslinger heard the sounds too, and he turned around very slowly. The silence was almost deafening.
The crowd watched as the young gunman stared at the old timer and the large gaping holes of those twin barrels. The barrels of the shotgun never wavered in the old man's hands, as he quietly said, "Son, have you ever licked a mule's ass?"
The gunslinger swallowed hard and said, "No sir..... but... I've always wanted to."

Portland Police Officers Andrew Koefed and Timothy Lowry are Liars

Today is the day to file the lawsuit that will expose these police officers crime. Is it strange or unusual for police officers to lie? No, not in this city. These clowns were told by their supervising officer to stay away from me or the homos would be seperated. Why? They followed me two city blofcks telling me to plead guilty in a case that they knew was a lie. They took pictures of me giving them the finger as I kept walking. They admitted this shameful act and still committed perjury during the trial. They stood up and lied for a drug dealer becasue they hated queers more.

Not only did they commit perjury they came to my house again and arrested me for tresspassing in my own house, just ten days after they were told to back off. Now, they are going to be exposed for the lying sacs of shit that they are. I want your uniforms.

The Longing

The Castle, a place where relatives of the king were put for safety.

The tart and tea
were for you
I guess I am out of
sinc
maybe too easy
I have been alone for four years as I needed
to grow into my own...

I know who I am
I don't ask others to
try to be anything but
themselves
even on a rainy day,
it drizzles with spots of puddles
all around

I am wet up to my ankles

I have waited a long time
like a bishop in a chess game
a player who strikes in a blind-sided fashion
No, I am not waiting for others to make a mistake
as I know what is happening
is a convergence of a higher power and a
social construction called Justice

What I know is
that I have is
 I breathe air
I see the moon which puts me to sleep,
and I awake to the sun.

Trimet Bus and Raymond

The guy named Raymond
big, wide
black as the night
missing a brainstem?

Disabled and warm
smiled at my service dog
as he approached Rowdy

He stayed and pat
as he was gentle as a
cat.....

The Max

Carttons for behavior
as some of the public
have to be told to turn off
Your cell phone
The ride can be a zone
of peace and  tranquility
a safe ride is all one is asking for
The squeaks on the rail is all I want to hear

and to get off my stop
without missing my own thoughts.

The Pulse

Operating stations normalized
shock worked
Regular beat to a pulse
that one day will stop
I hope in my sleep and
not when it is dark
I dream to rise with the sun.

We still rise, we will not apologize for anything!

Homophobia and drugs

A shot in the dark
made him run like the wind
forgetting his memories
of love
Locking up a former brother
Why?
His crack got too big....
As his soul changed
unrecognized as others
whose view is distorted
with peace and love bumper stickers
A hater at heart who has not yet

awaken as a homo himself...

We still rise, we will not apologize for anything!

Run Cody Run

His name is Cody and he is only 15 years old. He is sitting in a chair in the front of my class. He is also always busy randomly moving around or admiring his new sneaks. It is hard to get his attention without a treat or a prize for "good" behavior. My class always had a prize at the end which made class fun. He is a bright student and a really good athlete. He is adored by his peers and stands out with his charming personality. I remember him as a fast runner who loved to play football.

He came to my house and asked me to help him out. I was no longer a teacher at that school, I knew that they broke fundamental educational rules.
He got kicked out of school for throwing dirt
at another student. They gave a behavior plan
that stated that Cody must keep his hands to himself
at all times.
So, a month later, he threw dirt. They kicked him out of school.
This was his ending, to the many attempts of those teachers who simply hated him,
for being loved by his peers and not kissing up to the mean teachers
Hands to himself was not a "measurable goal" that Cody could reach
a demand without a teach
Your out, "overactive boy"
Even though he was legally labeled special ed
The school made sure the parents signed off
their legal rights so
no laws could protect him and his disability did not fit
their purposes of cruelty and judgement
Compassion: Not for the kids
Staff comes first
this philosophy must be reversed
A poor principal
who did not have an educational credit in her hat
Made decisions on kids lives
that were seen as expendable

He came to me crying that he lost his eighth grade
graduation. I said, no worry, no fuss, I get you back to school
in a rush.
Their was only a month of school left and the clock was ticking for him to may it back
I called everyone like a fool
They told me to call this and that number
The goose chase of all goose chases
They could not get involved even though it
A private school funded by Portland Public school dollars
I advocated and called the state and every agency.
I told Cody to go back to his school before he went to Mt. Scott
A week had passed and I had not heard any news of my phone calls
I was in despair
I knew Cody was living with another kid at school
His father was in a mental hospital
His mother was not in the picture
I new his life was hell and his education was all
that he got
Another week passed
And I heard a knock on my door
It was Cody saying thanks for getting me back in school
They had to take me back because I had paperwork that
could be attacked
He graduated from Middle School where Special Ed kids
Get weeded out before they reach high school
Two years later I heard that the boy that could run like the wind was shot in the back. His friends say that he does not run very much anymore. I want to tell him that this is not your first experience with a shot in your back. Keep fighting for your life Cody, Run Cody Run, run for your life. You can do it Cody, Run.

Circuit Court Protest No. 2

One of the big chiefs, saying hi, during my protest who was very cool and stated that I was in the right to use the Constitution and called off the other guards.

This tryanny says that he would do the sheriff.

I think the guy on the top and the girl, boi, on the bottom should go to this strip club and talk about gender. As it stands the girl, boi, is still on the outs, while the sheriff is getting the W-2. I think the sheriff and the tranny to trade places for just one day.

I did get a phone call by my probation officer when I was protesting. She was cool as I think that the assumption if your protesting that one gets arrested. She would be the one I would talk to and probably spend 10 to 12 days in jail before I see a judge. The charge will be interfering with a police officer or disorderly conduct, something on these lines.  My last probation officer actually came down to the court house and met with Michael Shrunk, head of the district attorneys office. I was arrested the next day at my own house.

So what I have to say is this;
;
If anyone down at the court house has not called my probation officer, it is not too late......!

Call............ Department of  Community Justice

Multnomah County Helpline....     503-823-4000

Ask for District Attorney Jeff House, kool aid drinker, and the main "baldy" and over weight supervisor Michael Shrunk.

"David Won"

No guilt or shame
No bad thoughts
On my brain

Dancing on the Devil's toes
as he/she plots and plans

I hold up my hands
And I ask the lord

To hold me and set me free
Who has always been there
has vowed to fight my battles
Which relieves me of my burdens
David, a boi, beat Goliath
A monster and a giant
with just a sling shot
and the Lord's blessing
Who's story became a legend......

Not a Good Queer is Over

I have enoyed creating this blog and what it stood for. The ability of one to express themselves freely is something that many gae their lives for. How freely speech is still being debated while others commit identity theft on cyberspace. I will stop posting and addressing myslef in public speeches as Not a Good Queer. Using Queer in ones' introduction maybe is too strong and could be seen as offensive to others. Eventhough, ones's personal feelings do mean something and their is something to be said using the term Queer.

For the record I am not the author of my own hate blog called notagoodqueeroranything else. A blog strictly dedicated to the hatered of myself is slightly disturbing. I think blogging is cool and some of us are of course flammatory but do we think that everything we write is 100 percent acurate. We are bloggers, not the New York Times. Have I amde inacurate comments that need apologizing for, of course. I will not apologize for anything motto rises out of "good girls do not make it into history". I am certainly a bilogical female that is gender plural. Is this such a crime?

To the heterosexist: the answer is yes. The problem with the heterosexist is that many Queer themselves are heterosexist. Heterosexism is this underlying oppression that all humans live under wheter the social construction of what we define as normal. Like it or not the box is broken.

I am trying to reclaim life after being falsely convicted of stalking after winning two ciil rights cases at the same address. I am still on probation and I would violate my probation by showing public records of the trial on my blog. Have I thought about uploading the videos on line on my blog and testing my Constitutional Rights? Yes. it. Do I go back to jail or allow the general public to wittness a witch hunt?

I beleive I will be writing in the future but it will not be in this title. I have been scanning the web and their are others like me who are using the same genre of rebellion. The truth is most Queers are not good queers at all and most indentify totally to the spirit of Not being a Good Queer. I leave to others who write about hate, oppression, injustice.

Police Brutality KBOO Radio at 10:00am 90.7

Not a good queer has been invited to speak in regards to homelessness and mental health on KBOO. Thanks I will enjoy my 3 minutes of speaking out. How much will it cost me? I think for the most part the police are not listening to KBOO. But their are many including Jesse Jackson that will say, "what the hell is going on with the Portland Police". I say it is about the color of one's skin, mental health status, and financial status. Generally speaking the police work for the business's in the city of Portland whose money pays for their salaries.

Yes, the city has people protesting out in streets, the Department of Justice is suppose to be involved, and now the media is involved. I believe the homeless problem peaked during former Mayor Tom Potter. His open disdain of the homeless only created and heighten the police's distaste for the homeless. This atmosphere created the death of James Chasse, a well known case of abuse, that the city has still not settled it's lawsuit. Another homeless person with mental health issues is shot dead. The response of the protesters going up to the South East police precinct was an awesome direct message of revolt. When the systems in society are broken to protect it's citizens, then their are two societies. The society that will get justice and the other society who wants to run when they see the police. I have personally ran from their hate repeatedly and I know that I am lucky to be alive today.

Easter 2010

Well mankind it's what we all have been waiting for: the resurrection.
You the get up! Yes, Jesus has arrived
the Lillie's rise to their peaks,
it is Easter,
a definite genre of expression
of man's fight for survival.
No matter the road you take in life,
take it in as your, own
not something to preach nor hide.
With Jesus you can heal, you can get justice, one can get peace?
I know the circles spirituality weaves
through the earth's messages
and the beliefs systems
The truth is on both sides so I say to myself, isn't this enough....
to rise from the dead-earth, is the only solution.

We still rise, we will not apologize for anything!

No Laces for shoes

I saw a older woman yesterday
she was in shock
she was walking the streets all night
afraid of being attacked
and nowhere to go
the streets are cold and corrupt
too brutal for the the elderly
she missed her lesson on
capitalism
she wore high tops without laces
her face was in shock
of the night she could not do again
the shelters were full
the raindrops were as big as
baseballs
beating on her spirit
as she wished her life
would stop.

Nobel Peace Prize

Obama won the Nobel peace Prize base on not what he has done but on the hope that he will change the world. This was the first time the prize was given based on hope and not on ones accomplishments. What the committee was trying to say is that the concept of hope is something to support. Hope is usually a part of a sermon on Sunday mornings but now hope has won a Nobel Peace Prize. I think if Martin Luther King was here today, he would support the Nobel Peace Prize to OBAMA.
